Architectural facade lighting began to be used in the UK at the beginning of the 20th century as an indicator of the status of the houses of wealthy people and entire prestigious areas. Now architectural lighting is available to anyone who wants to emphasize the architecture of their home, make its appearance attractive, and stay on the territory safe.

A pair of facade lamps at the door or a lantern under the roof is not architectural lighting. Architectural lighting is different in that it does not simply illuminate the facade, but is created from a complete system of lighting fixtures assembled into a common concept.

Architectural lighting is also actively used for shopping centers, large art objects and administrative buildings. This gives monumentality, luxury and brightness to the overall picture.
